Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and purchases of Sol Labs products, unless a specific product states otherwise at the point of sale.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period, after which no further charges are made.
Refunds
If a product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
Consumer rights
Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal. This policy does not limit any rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law.
Requesting a refund
Email info@sollabs.nl with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
